These are two plots. They spread on over 20 000 m² of land (5600 and 16000 m², respectively), located in immediate proximity to two golf courses currently under construction(map).

The plots would benefit from these construction works. Water supply would be delivered through a municipal main pipe which is being built for the golf courses and electricity would be connected to the nearby national electricity network. The golf course investors will be building a way to the main road Balchik - Kavarna.

There is an ongoing procedure for change of use of the land. This would be conversion from agricultural land to quality building land, with the following parameters:
