These are two plots. They spread on over 20 000 m²
of land (5600 and 16000 m², respectively), located in immediate proximity to two golf courses currently under construction(map).
The plots would benefit from these construction works. Water supply would be delivered through a municipal main pipe which is being built for the golf courses and electricity would be connected to the nearby national electricity network. The golf course investors will be building a way to the main road Balchik - Kavarna.
There is an ongoing procedure for change of use of the land. This would be conversion from agricultural land to quality building land, with the following parameters:
- Coefficient of intensity - 1,2
- Foot step of the building - 60%
- Green parts - 40%
- Height - 10m (Three-storey buildings)
On the plans, there is a road between the two golf courses, which the owners of the plots would be able to use to reach the cliffs and the beach.
