This is our most recently completed project known as "Monastery  Hill". All the houses has now been sold.

“Monastery Hill” village is a new luxurious development, occupying a 3830 m² site. It has picturesque views to the sea and is surrounded by an oak forest. There are 5 terraced and 3 detached villas, each with an individual barbeque. The village has its own swimming pool and a large barbeque.

The village is situated on the hill above “Sunny day” resort in a peaceful area. It has easy access to the main road between Varna - “St. Konstantin and Elena”. It is eight minutes drive from Varna cityand the airport and just 0.8 km far from the beach. There is a regular bus service covering Varna - “St. Konstantin and Elena”–"Golden Sands" – "Albena".

The “Golden sands”, “Saint Elias”, “St. Konstantin and Elena” resorts, “Riviera” and “Sunny day” holiday clubs are all within 5 km of the village. All these offer a wide variety of beaches, swimming pools, attractive restaurants and bars, nightclubs and discos, Water theme park, shopping centres, Health Centres, 24 hour chemists, post-offices, banks, and tourist information.

“Monastery Hill” is situated in a villa area, the construction of hotels and big buildings is prohibited therefore protecting the villas panoramic views of the Black Sea.
