Along with other services we offer, such as surveying, representation and consultancy, we can also plan and build your house. Furthermore, if required we add all the finishing touches such as furniture, kitchen appliances, etc, according to your preference and also provide ongoing property management.

Our extensive local knowledge of the Bulgarian planning system, together with our links with local construction companies allow us to plan a project, present it for approval and then proceed with the construction. Planning

We assist clients with any stage of the construction process. We already have projects planned for land that we own. These may be used in full or just as a basic concept. Also, we design individually customized plans to suit any client’s needs.

Construction

We can use either our own plans or those proposed by the client. Construction is undertaken by companies with whom we have established good working relationships. This ensures the whole process runs as efficiently as possible, with maximum attention to detail.

Finishing

We complete the service by offering interior design, installing furniture/ electrical appliances, providing extras such as Internet and cable TV and also landscaping of the gardens.
